Shipping policy

All orders must be sent to orders@dependableplastic.com. If you'd like to place an order over the phone please contact (718) 437-5000. 

 

Please place all orders before 2:00 PM to help ensure timely processing and delivery.

 

Once an order is placed and approved, it will be packed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Thursday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Fridays between 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM. We will call the customer one day before delivery to schedule a delivery time.

 

We deliver throughout all five boroughs of New York City and New Jersey.

 

New Jersey orders must be placed before 2:00 PM on the day prior to shipment, and New Jersey orders are shipped only on Thursdays, this is subject to change throughout the week depending on order fluctuations.

 

Please notify the driver immediately or contact us within 24 hours of any missing or damaged items, and eligible items will be re-delivered the following day. Shipping is free for orders of $350 or more. Orders under $350 will be charged a shipping fee, shipping fee is subject to change based on the order amount and distance.

 

We highly recommend that someone be present at the time of delivery to receive and sign for the order. At the recipient’s discretion, the driver may leave the order inside the residence with photo confirmation. Once delivery has been confirmed, we will not be responsible for the order. Please note that an electronic signature is required to release the order. An electronic signature document will be sent to the email address provided on the same day or the following day. Please ensure that a valid email address is provided so that the document can be received and completed promptly.
